  • The Vos Pad is the world's first apartment completely lit by RGB colour-changing LEDs, supplied by British Company ACDC Lighting, all of which are fully dimmable with complete chromatic control.

  • The ambience of The Vos Pad is controlled by the Lutron GRAFIK Integrale® custom-built computerised system that operates the lighting and other features. The level and colour of the lights in different areas can be changed instantly. The blinds are remote-controlled.

  • The Vos Pad features an Opus integrated home entertainment system with Sony plasma TV. LCD TV screens are embedded into the kitchen and bathroom walls.

  • The bathroom of The Vos Pad features a spectacular LED illuminated spa bath, and a colour changing side-lit shower screen by MGX.

  • The Vos Pad contains a stainless steel fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, featuring side lit colour changing MGX worktops and fixtures from Carron Phoenix.

  • The Vos Pad features a range of MGX LED simulated candles, specially commissioned LED sculpture from internationally renowned artist Chris Levine.

  • The Vos Pad is the first property in the world to feature MK Electric’s new high-end range of “screw-free” sockets and switches.

  • The Vos Pad is automatically cleaned by The Trilobite®, the world's first automatic vacuum cleaner from Electrolux.

  • The Vos Pad has limestone flooring throughout, with all heating under floor.

  • The Vos Pad features the Roland KR-17 programmable digital grand piano.
