LED lighting
LEDs have
been with us for over 40 years but recent technological developments
have resulted in a great increase in their potential luminosity.
LEDs provide ‘cold
lighting’ which means they can be placed anywhere in
the home, including the floors and walls. This provides
great design possibilities.
LEDs are
environmentally friendly: they last between 20 – 100
000 hours which on an average daily use equates to 31 years!
They are more energy-efficient than the conventional light
bulb.
LEDs look
better and light better than the conventional light bulb – and
now, for the first time, are fully dimmable.
LEDs lights can now emit any colour
on demand, using chromatically
controlled RGB (red, green, blue) fittings..
Surround
sound system and plasma screens
Four sound channels, right, left, centre and rear are encoded
into a two channel audio track and played back with a surround
decoder. This decoder sends the individual sounds to their
respective speakers and the rear channel adds the 'surround'
effect, with sounds coming from behind the listener.
This creates an 'immersive' sound experience.
Plasma screens provide a high quality image with excellent
colour fidelity that complements this perfectly. Their narrow
profile
and elegant design means that they can be placed throughout
the home,
including in bathrooms and kitchens.
Ambient control
A custom-built
computerised system that operates the lights, blinds and
sound levels enables the user to have full
ambient control at the touch of a button. Moods can be created
instantly with pre-stored settings.
Light
and water
LED lighting is ideal in wet areas, and can also
be used to 'light up' glass and water. The bathroom

feature a spectacular LED illuminated spa
bath.
Heated
limestone flooring
Underfloor heating is highly effective, providing
warmth where it is needed most. It is low maintenance and discreet.
When
combined with heat-retaining limestone flooring, the result
is a clear, energy-efficient and comfortable space.
Biometric entry systems
Fingerprint entry systems not only provide a high level of
security and convenience but also offer access control, tailored
to each visitor.
