first apartment completely lit by LEDs, all of which
are fully dimmable with complete chromatic control.
The ambience of The Vos Pad will be controlled via
a custom-built computerised system that operates lights,
blinds and sound levels.

as a blueprint for future living,The Vos Pad effectively
integrates design with modern scientific developments.
It is environmentally-friendly and demonstrates the
positive use of technology. Other features include
an LED-illuminated spa bath and limestone flooring
with underfloor heating throughout.
